Friday night is curry night in our house and this week we had a favourite which is dairy, wheat and gluten free and is very quick and easy to make!
Chicken Tikka Masala.
I do cheat slightly but you’d never know – the curry sauce is in a jar in the ‘free from section’ of Morrisons. I simply add diced chicken breasts to the sauce and gently simmer whilst I potter around the kitchen and the rice cooks. Again from Morrisons I pop mini nan breads in the toaster and voila a tasty, quick and easy supper that the whole family enjoys whether they are dairy free or not.
The sauce is very mild so both my 6 year old and dairy free 13 year old like it – as do mum and dad!!
Our verdict – a full house with 10 out of 10.
